Divorce cases are becoming very complex procedures
consuming a lot of time and a lot of emotional distress to the party’s involved
especially for people who want to end their marriage or get divorced. However online divorce has proved to be very easy and
fast and that’s why most people are turning to these services. For this kind of
divorce to be successful it is important for it to be uncontested to make the
whole process easy and fast.
It is very important to identify a site that offers
what you are looking for and going through it to familiarize yourself with all
the procedures that are required is a critical step. It is very important to
look for the right forms and fill the forms accurately and correctly. When
doing so it is important to check whether the forms provide all the
requirements that you need such as child custody among others. Once the form is
corrected filled and checked for all errors it is then sent to the divorce
service for processing at an affordable fee.
For couples who want to speed up the divorce process
and get divorced as soon as
possible, it is very important for the couple to agree on virtually everything
so that a court hearing is not necessary or the court does not have to make decisions
for you. It is easy to download the form either at a fee or free of charge but
it also advised that one that charges a fee is recommended because it is virus
free.
Most of these forms are in the Microsoft Word format
and it’s good because most people know and understand this format. The other
thing is a notary and it’s easy to get one since they can be found in any
public bank. Once that is done it is taken to the country court and verified by
the country clerk and a fee paid depending on the country. The other good thing
about using this method to get divorced
it is a cheap method and can be afforded by almost anyone.
I
Can Do The Divorce Myself and Save Money
This article may be very helpful for some, but I
want to make it helpful for YOU especially if you have any plans to file for divorce. Part of the very best
information that I can give you is something that has taken me a long time to
learn. Many divorce article writers “out there” don’t know a hill of beans
about how to file for divorce
properly. However, I’ve been in the divorce arena for over 12 years. I want to
share with you some information that is hard to come by in other places.
Get ready….. I’ll share with you the dirty secrets
of the divorce industry.
- Dirty
Trick. Super Dirty. I don’t even like talking about it……I look through the
phone book at all the lawyers advertising in my local area. Have you
noticed there are about 50-100 pages of lawyers?....They even have their
own special section. Even the front cover is carrying an advertisement for
a law firm. “lawyering” is the most expensive profession in the world. The
top lawyers, make 5X what the top doctors do.
-----Here is the dirty trick……when a lawyer sits you down in their office to give you a “free consultation”, they always give you the price of their services as “my retainer fee is $2000”. This is just to START your case. Just to file the initial divorce paperwork. Just to have their paralegal begin your divorce forms and file at the court.
-----------About ½ way through your case, at a critical juncture with a due date attached, they will say, “the $2000 retainer fee is all used up. You will need to deposit $3,000 more to continue your case.”
------------Then toward the end, right before the final hearing with the judge (which typically takes only 5-10 minutes), they will say, “Ah good, we are almost at the end. I’m glad that we have come this far and it’s almost over. (priming the pump). You will need to deposit $3,000 more to finish up the case and finalize the divorce.”
------------ This is how the lawyers in the phone book can advertise “$1,000 divorce”. Because that will be a stripped down divorce without anything happening. However, you and I both know that divorces don’t go quite so easy. Especially when lawyers are involved. Don’t fall for it. That $1,000 divorce is just a “teaser rate”. Know that on average, if you want to file for divorce in the United States, it can cost between $6,000 and $10,000. However, some go much more than that.
I would love to hear back from you. Let me know your
thoughts about what my article said, below. Thank you.
